My Specialties

Built to protect your roof — and tell you the truth about everything else.

From chalky UV-degraded sealant and hidden ceiling stains to dead batteries, stuck slide-outs and dealer PDIs that skipped half the checklist — I diagnose at the system level with measured data, not guesswork, right where you're parked.

Premium UV Roof Care & Reseal

Central Florida's sun and monsoons cook factory sealant into a leak path. We UV-wash, condition the membrane, measure sealant hardness — then reseal every lap joint, termination bar and penetration with commercial-grade UV-resistant polymer. Before/after photos included.

Independent PDI / PPI Inspections

No dealer commission, no sales pressure. We verify the dealership's checklist — and what they skipped — with moisture scans, load tests and a written photo-documented report that becomes your warranty proof or negotiation leverage.

12V/110V Electrical Diagnostics

Dead house batteries and phantom shorts are the calls I get most. I trace the circuit against the wiring diagram with a multimeter, so you get a verified fix — not another battery that never solved the real fault.

Power Systems

Inverters, converters, transfer switches, and charge controllers. If your power flickers, surges, or won't transfer to shore, I test the whole chain under load — on Winnebago, Fleetwood, Jayco, Airstream, and most other makes.

Slide-Outs & Awnings

A stuck slide-out usually isn't the motor. I free, align, and retest jacks, gears, and toppers on-site — most are moving smoothly again before I pack up.

Water Heaters & Plumbing

Suburban, Atwood, Dometic, and tankless units serviced and verified on-site. I pressure-test the freshwater system so a hidden leak never becomes a soaked floor — and pump failures get diagnosed, not just patched.

The Difference Is Visible

Factory Sealant vs. 192 Commercial Polymer Shield

UV exposure cracks, cures out and fails factory sealants in years — not decades. Our commercial-grade polymer shield is engineered to flex with the roof and block UV degradation for the life of your RV.

Sun-rotted, cracked and chalky factory roof sealant on an RV termination bar before resealing

Sun-Rotted Factory Sealants

Chalking, cracking and UV failure at the termination bar — the #1 source of RV roof leaks.

Freshly applied 192 Commercial Polymer Shield sealant, smooth and uniform on an RV roof termination bar after resealing

192 Commercial Polymer Shield

Commercial-grade UV-resistant polymer: flexible, uniform and engineered to outlast factory sealant.

Independent Inspections · Zero Conflict of Interest

You're About to Sign a $50,000+ Contract. Get an Independent Set of Eyes on It.

That's the structural problem with dealership PDIs and private-party “as-is” sales — the person next to you has a financial incentive to close the deal. The dealer's PDI is designed to get the unit off the lot: items get checked, not verified. And the warranty claim gets denied because the defect was “pre-existing” or “owner neglect” — with no documentation to prove otherwise.

We're the counterweight. We don't sell RVs. We don't work for dealers. We don't take commission on the sale. We answer to you — only you.

PDI — Post-Delivery Inspection

Just delivered?

Just took delivery from a corporate dealer? We do a full independent verification of the dealer's PDI checklist — and the items they skipped.

  • Moisture scan (walls, ceilings, structural deck) — no drilling, no guessing
  • Electrical load test (12V / 110V, converter, inverter, ground isolation)
  • Slide-out and awning full-cycle function with drive motor amperage draw
  • Roof membrane and sealant integrity
  • Appliance and HVAC performance with operating readings
  • Chassis and drivetrain baseline

Why it matters: We document everything in writing with photos — before the 30-day return window closes. If the dealer missed it, we find it. And you have the paper trail.

PPI — Pre-Purchase Inspection

Buying used?

Buying from a private party? We inspect before you wire the money.

  • Structural deck moisture scan (capacitance-based, non-invasive)
  • Chassis, drivetrain and suspension condition
  • Electrical system integrity (12V / 110V, breakers, fuses, converter)
  • Roof membrane, sealant and termination bar condition
  • Appliance and HVAC performance
  • Slide-out, awning and mechanical systems

Why it matters: You get a written, photo-documented report. That report is your leverage in negotiation, your documentation for warranty claims, and your protection if the seller disputes a defect.

Zero Conflict of Interest. Full Documentation. Central Florida Coverage.

  • Written report with photo documentation — yours to keep, use or share
  • We come to you: dealer lot, private driveway or storage facility — Kissimmee, Davenport, Orlando, The Villages
  • No commission · no dealer relationship · no sales pressure

How It Works

Three steps. Zero tow truck. Zero dealer spin.

1

Tell Me the Symptoms

Call or text me what's wrong — a photo works too — and where your RV is parked. I confirm the $79 flat fee and a time that works, often the same day.

2

I Diagnose On-Site — With Data

I arrive with my diagnostic tools and run the full 7-point checklist: roof UV integrity, sealant hardness, moisture scan, electrical load test, slide-outs & appliances — then hand you a written, upfront quote. No pressure, no surprises.

3

You Approve, I Fix It — Documented

Most repairs are completed and verified in the same visit. Your $79 diagnostic fee is credited toward the total — and you keep the photo-documented record.

The Real Difference

Why Independent Beats the Dealer

Most “mobile RV repair” out there is a handyman with a van and a parts list. And most dealership service departments are protecting a sale, not your rig. I'm the independent technician who's run hundreds of full PDI inspections — so when your roof sealant chalks, a circuit dies, or a ceiling stain appears, I already know where to look first.

No Dealer in the Room

We don't sell RVs, we don't take dealer commission, and our answers aren't shaped by a sales cycle. When your warranty claim gets denied for “owner neglect,” you have photo-documented proof that says otherwise.

You Watch It Happen — and Keep the Proof

Every test, reading and repair is done in front of you, then written up with photos. That report goes into your warranty file or your negotiation file. No blind trust required.

One Visit. Documented. Done.

Most roof, electrical and mechanical jobs are diagnosed, repaired and verified in a single visit — at your RV resort, storage lot or driveway. No tow truck, no 3-week bay wait list.

Every price above is a flat rate — quoted up front, credited where it applies. No dealer commissions, no surprise fees.

FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

How much does a mobile RV repair service call cost?

My flat diagnostic & service call fee is $79, credited toward your repair if you proceed. Most mobile RV techs in Central Florida charge $95–$200 for the same visit.

What areas do you serve?

I'm based in Kissimmee and serve The Villages, Davenport, St. Cloud, Winter Garden, Orlando and nearby RV resorts and storage facilities.

Do you come to my campsite or home?

Yes — that's the whole point. I bring my diagnostic tools to your RV, whether it's at an RV resort, a storage lot, or your driveway. Most issues are found, fixed, and load-tested in a single visit.

What's included in the $79 diagnostic?

Everything in my 7-point On-Board Diagnostic Checklist — the one at the top of this page — covering battery & charging, 12V/110V circuits, power conversion, slide-out & awning function, LP gas pressure and leak detection, and freshwater pressure testing. Plus a written, upfront quote. One fee, all checks.

Can you find an LP gas leak or fix my RV water heater on-site?

Yes. I pressure-test the LP system from tank through regulator to burner, sweep every line and fitting with electronic leak detection, and service Suburban, Atwood, Dometic and tankless water heaters — usually found and fixed in one visit.

Do you charge extra if I don't proceed with the repair?

No. The $79 covers the diagnostic visit itself. If you approve the repair, I credit it toward the total — and you always see and approve an upfront quote before I start any work.

How fast can you get to me?

Same-day appointments are available Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Call or text (321) 732-9155 for the fastest response.
